Trust Principles
A directory is only useful if you trust what it tells you. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, in plain language. The same rules are enforced in code wherever they can be.

Whether a store is claimed, premium, or unclaimed, they appear identically in search results. Whether an event is featured by its store or organic, the underlying reliability data is treated identically. Whether a content creator is a paid sponsor or a community partner, that distinction is always visible.
These aren't just promises. The directory's ranking and display logic doesn't read from any payment-related fields — that separation is built into the data layer. Premium accounts (when they ship) get extra features on their own store profile, not extra visibility in search. If a future change ever crosses one of these lines, it'd require deleting language from this page first. That's a deliberately high bar.
